Sergeant Major (SGM) Andrea' D. Wright is a retired Army veteran of 26 years active duty as a Senior Finance Advisor, and Drill Sergeant.  He is originally from Los Angeles and is presently pursing his Master's Degree.  SGM Wright is the Senior Army Instructor for the Long Beach Poly JROTC program and a strategist that believes in the education and development of leadership skills for the young people of today.  He is an engaging teacher, coach and mentor to not only the JROTC cadets but to all young people who come into contact with him.  His wisdom, teaching and support focuses on positive mental and behavioral changes of teens so that they can become role models for others.

Master Sergeant (MSG) Ta' Juanna "Tee" Denmark Alves' is a former police officer and a retired Army veteran who served 29 years as a Network Analyst and Operations Manager. She is originally from Pemberton, New Jersey and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University. In addition, she is currently pursuing completion of her Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administrations. Following her careers of protecting and serving, she decided it was time for a change of scenery and made California her home. She currently serves as one of the Army Instructors at Long Beach Polytechnic High School, mentoring and motivating young men and women to be positive and productive citizens within their community. MSG Denmark Alves' is highly organized with strong decision-making skills and is passionate about helping young people by sharing her training, education and experiences.
